The mission of the Hamer Public Library is to build and  maintain collections of materials that will provide the educational, informational and recreational needs for the rural community it servers.  Special emphasis to be place on providing current high demand, high interest materials in a variety of formats for persons of all ages.  Also assist students in meeting their educational objectives established during their formal course of study.
